At SilentSol, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how Hydro Sync handles your data.
Personal Information: We do not collect or sell your personal identity information to third parties. We do not require account registration for basic monitoring.
Notification Tokens: To send you alerts about your water levels, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). This requires a unique "device token" which allows our server to send a message to your specific phone. This token is used solely for the functionality of the app.
Tank Data: Data related to your water tank levels and pump status is processed to provide real-time monitoring and is not shared with outside parties.
We use Google Firebase for the sole purpose of sending push notifications. No marketing or tracking APIs (such as Google AdMob) are integrated into this application. We do not track your location or browsing history.
Notification tokens are stored only as long as the app is installed and active on your device. If you uninstall the app, the token becomes invalid.
